SCS 5th-8th Girls Volleyball - Spring 2026

This program is open to 5th–8th grade girls. Our teams compete in the Catholic Metro Volleyball League (CMVL), which comprises Catholic schools/parishes throughout the metro area. The league consists of two girls' divisions: 5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade. Team Information: Teams are evenly balanced by skill level with a minimum of 9 and maximum of 12 players. All players receive playing time based on CMVL league rules.

Season Details: The season consists of 10 games played over 6 weeks, with a tournament at the end as follows:  Week 1 - March 7th, Week 2 - March 14th, Week 3 - March 21st, Week 4 - March 28th, Week 5 - April 18th, Week 6 - April 25th, Tournament May 2&3.

Teams will typically play two matches each Saturday. Matches follow rally scoring, best 2 out of 3 games. Matches generally begin between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Practice start dates and times will be communicated via email after registration.  For more info visit our CMVL page. 

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program fills, you may add your child to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email prompting you to log into TeamSideline to pay the balance due.

  • Are team pictures being taken this year?: Yes, team pictures for volleyball will be taken this season. The cost is included in the registration price. Further details will be provided when the season starts.
  • When are practices?: Practice start dates will be communicated via email once coaches have been selected. Practices are dependent on gym and coach availability.
  • What if a game is cancelled?: If a game is cancelled we will do our best to reschedule and will communicate the new date and time via email.
  • Can I buy a jersey after registration?: Yes, however, please note that if you order your child's jersey AFTER the closing date there is no guarantee you will receive either the size requested or the uniform before the start of the season.

  • What if I need to cancel a registration?: Refund Policy: $20 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations before 01/24; $45 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations between 01/25 and 03/06; no refunds after 03/06.
  • Can I get a refund for a jersey ordered?: You can receive a full refund for purchased jerseys before 01/24; no refunds after 01/24.
